At MAGPIE.FIT, all coaching, training, and consultation services are personalised and designed specifically for each client. Because every plan, session, and recommendation is tailored to your individual goals and needs, refunds are not available once the service has started or the plan has been delivered.
This policy ensures fairness to both the client and the coach while maintaining the integrity and value of our one-to-one work.
Personalised Products and Services
All training plans, consultations, and coaching programmes provided by MAGPIE.FIT are individually created based on information you provide — including your fitness level, experience, goals, and available equipment.
Because these are custom-made services and digital products, they are exempt from cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once you submit your information and the creation of your plan or coaching begins, you are entering into a binding service agreement, and refunds cannot be offered.

Digital Products
When you purchase a digital plan or an online coaching package:
- Delivery usually occurs via email, client portal, or shared document link.
- Once the plan or materials are delivered, the service is considered complete and final.
- You cannot request a refund or reversal for digital products already sent or accessed.
This includes all training plans, progress trackers, nutrition outlines, and guidance materials.
In-Person Sessions and Consultations
For in-person personal training sessions, studio sessions, or consultations:
- You can reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.
- No-shows (without notice) will also be charged in full.
Sessions may be held at The Gym, Ealing, or at another confirmed location. Additional fees may apply if you request:
- Studio hire (e.g. private facility fee – costs covered by client).
- Travel to your preferred location (travel costs based on clients location).
All additional charges will be confirmed before your session is booked.
Coaching Programmes
For ongoing coaching packages (e.g., monthly online coaching):
- You can cancel your next billing cycle at any time before your renewal date.
- Payments already processed are non-refundable, but access to coaching continues until the end of the paid period.
- Early cancellation of active coaching does not qualify for a refund unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We want you to get the most from your programme — if you feel something isn’t working, please contact us directly to discuss adjustments or a new approach.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable — illness, injury, or emergencies happen.
If you experience a genuine, verifiable issue that prevents you from continuing (e.g. medical condition, relocation, etc.), please reach out to info@magpie.fit.
We will always do our best to offer a fair and flexible solution, such as:
Offering partial credit for future use (at the coach’s discretion).
Postponing your plan.
Converting remaining sessions into online coaching.
Failed Deliveries or Technical Issues
If a digital product or communication wasn’t delivered due to a technical problem (e.g. email delivery error or system issue), contact us immediately.
We’ll ensure your plan or materials are re-sent as soon as possible. This does not qualify as a refund, but guarantees you receive what you paid for.
