DO I GET NUTRITION SUPPORT?
Nutrition guidance is included only as part of the full coaching program. You’ll get personalized advice tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences — no strict diets, just practical strategies.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRAINING PLAN AND COACHING?
A plan shows you what to do. Coaching shows you how to do it, makes adjustments when needed, and keeps you on track with guidance and support.
IS A CONSULTATION POSSIBLE BEFORE STARTING?
