Everything You Want to Know: Your Top 10 Questions, Answered ✅

WHAT IS A TRAINING PLAN?

A training plan is a one-time set of workouts designed for your goals. It gives you instructions on what exercises to do and how to do them. While it doesn’t include full ongoing coaching, you can still ask questions during the plan if you need guidance.

Coaching is more than just a training plan — it’s ongoing, personalized support to help you reach your goals. You’ll get a plan designed specifically for your body, schedule, and lifestyle, along with guidance on nutrition. I’ll check in regularly, adjust your program as needed, and answer your questions along the way. Coaching gives you accountability, motivation, and expert advice so you can stay consistent, make progress safely, and achieve results that last.

A training plan gives you workouts to follow, but it doesn’t adjust to your life or answer your questions. Coaching goes beyond that — you get a personalized plan, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing support. I’ll help you stay consistent, make changes when needed, and ensure you reach your goals.

In short: A training plan shows you the steps; coaching helps you actually take them and succeed.

Right now, nutrition guidance is only part of full coaching. You don’t have to focus on heavy gym training, but some movement is still needed, even if it’s minimal. The good news is that the nutrition side will be fully guided and personalized, so we’ll make sure you get complete support while keeping exercise as a small, necessary part of your plan.

That’s completely fine! You can book a single consultation, where I’ll answer your questions, give practical advice, and suggest strategies to help you make healthier choices — all without committing to a full training plan or coaching program. As a dietetics graduate, I provide expert guidance tailored to your needs.

Consultations are one-on-one sessions where we sit down and talk about your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any questions you have. The purpose is to understand what you want to achieve and figure out the best approach or program for you. During the consultation, I’ll explain how training and nutrition can work together for your goals, and you’ll get clarity on what to expect before starting. Consultations can be done online or in person, making it easy to fit into your schedule

Coaching takes time to build habits and see lasting results. A 3-month minimum allows us to adjust your plan, track progress, and see what works best for you — it’s also about you showing me how you respond. If you’re not sure about a long commitment, you can book a consultation first and I’ll help clarify the best approach for you.

Absolutely! You can train with me in person or online. Each session is built around your goals, fitness level, and schedule. I’ll guide you through every exercise, give tips along the way, and make sure you’re making progress safely while getting results that last.

Packages are cheaper because they’re prepaid and ideal for clients planning to train long-term, helping secure their spots. Single sessions are still available at the regular rate.

As long as you want! From a few weeks to several years, it’s entirely your choice. Coaching and training sessions can be short-term to reach a specific goal or long-term to stay consistent and keep improving.
