My journey began even earlier — in 2007, when I started studying culinary arts and dietetics. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of nutrition, food composition, and how what we eat directly shapes how we look, feel, and perform.

I began my fitness journey in 2010, became a certified bodybuilding instructor in 2013, and since 2020 I’ve also specialised in periodisation and women’s strength training — allowing me to tailor effective programs for every experience level.
